Can you access site with concrete truck.if yes fill void with low strength mortar and then slab jack to get slab to final elevation

Here, that would be five thousand bucks or more in concrete. Can that be right? Man, someone would curse and swear some day, if that had to be removed. And what of the pipes?.

I’d only need about 4 yards of concrete on the top. The rest would be cheaper fill.

Not within 50 yards. I’d have to transport it with my backhoe bucket.

That’s how much fill it would take to fill in the currently hollow underside of the floor.

If he wants a wood deck, tear out the concrete one, address the moisture issues, fix the brick, and put in a wood deck. Saves you the 40 yards of fill, compaction, etc.... probably a lot faster, and much less expensive than the concrete option.
