wiring extra light on a 4310

I have a 4310 and wanting to hook up a power outlet(weatherproof cig. lighter type) so i can plug in a removeable worklight. Does anyone know the best way to wire the outlet into the existing electrical system? I would like for it to work only when the key is on.
