Winter Diesel

/ Winter Diesel #21
Hey moojam,
you'll do just fine , lots of great advice here, just have others have said, add the Diesel treatment yourself that way you'll know for sure your protected as you don't want to go through the gelled or wax in the Diesel, It's not fun to remove it.

hi thatguy,

Do you add anti-gel to non-treated diesel only, or even buying with a "winter mix?"

Will the anti-gell be ok in the 5 gallon jug as well? Do you add it like 2 stroke oil for a chainsaw? I add oil right at the gas station (so I remember) whenever I fill the my 2 stroke container up...same idea?

thank you,

I add it every time just because Im a belt and suspenders type of guy.. lol

I add the anti-gel to the jugs when I fill the jugs up - per label instructions..

I am also adding 2stroke marine "TW-3" oil (1 oz / gal) to diesel for the lubrication. i started this on my Dodge/Cummins and kept it up with the tractor as well..
