Back in the 70's or 80's, I bought a book of Nebraska test specs but didn't know the details on why the tests were done in that state. Thanks for posting them.

Yes, I did know about the Nebraska Tractor Tests, but not all the back round info ! So ditto on what stuckmotor just said !
