I have seen that. I also personally saw a guy put a regular backhoe into a train car. Read in the paper a day later the guy dumped it and had to be taken to the hospital.

I didn't get to see how they got the track hoe onto or off of the train, but a few years ago I did sit and watch a big one unloading gravel from a train into big dump trucks in Waco, TX. It was interesting to see how he'd get all the gravel out of a rail car and how he's move to the next car.

Did you see the video of the Liebherr excavator climbing the tower? Really strong hydraulics, there! Operator wasn't even wearing a hardhat, though.
