Which Pats system on Kubota M7040?

Also, the LA series loaders come with euro style Q/A or skidsteer Q/A in Canada. Our sales literature sometimes has a sticker over the loader section with a eurotach image where the US version has a skidsteer one lol. They don't fix it elsewhere in the lit though.

Interesting information. I don't have a problem with the Quicke / Euro style since it is so common here for tractors beyond a certain size.

I've got fenders on my big MF only because they came on it but it does keep salt off the cab when driving on the road in the winter.

Maybe the steering stops on your 5030 where adjusted wrong? My 5030 steers tighter than any tractor I've been on, tighter than the 2wd's we had, its just so short between the front and rear axle, also why its so rough on the road and field. I do find the loader sticks out terribly far, great sometimes loading, its got piles of reach, but runs into everything in tight quarters. Also, the visibility of the ground close to the tractor isn't as good as a tall tractor.

I find the HST so precise though in tight quarters I can work circles around my MF 5455 which is a bit bigger than your 105 but similar hydro shuttle 5000 lb rated loader etc. Picking round bales in a field is another story, the 5030's medium tops out too slow while you can't use high range to do the work, or survive the bouncing. The big MF can fly in the fields and has loader suspension/softride/ride control whatever you call it.

No, no fenders.....

I find the 105 to be more manuverable in a tight place than the 5030 was but thats a personal observation and just me.

It's true, the more seat time the more comfortable you get with the tractor. I've thought about a Pat's system, but the longer I've used my tractor the better I've gotten hooking up to the attachments. Swapping out the Bucket and the spear is a snap with the QA. I've been known to make the swap "out just to move one round bale. Although the first time I tried to put the bucket back on I pushed it half way across the lot before I snagged it.

The shredder and the BB were really a bear at first. You can't just muscle them. But now it's much easier and I don't have to fight them to get them hooked up. So for now I'll pass on the Pat's and spend the cash on something else that I may need more.

After some more experience changing front attachments I LOVE the Quickie/Euro style - much prefer it to the SS.

Really like the fact that I don't have to get off the tractor to push the lever as curling back on the attachment snaps it into place.

I've got my Pat's all set up but have not bushed my attachments yet and I haven't needed to pick anything up with the 3PT. Cast iron wheels and WWF in tires makes it nice and stable for lifting 4x5 rounds without anything on the back.
