Where's that ballast thread?

A long time ago before I was a TBN member, I read a TBN post where someone had asked for everyone to input ideas and pictures from the ballast boxes they had created. It was the most complete thread I've ever found on the subject! Period. Trouble is, I only ever got to read it once. Have never been able to find it again.

Anyone know of a thread like this they can point me to?
