4 rims and tires. Attached is what is suppose to be the tractor

I currently have 2 - 20.5x8-10. Turf tire. And 2 - 29x12.5-15. Either r1 or r4. I don’t know which one

Is that you don't know if you have R1/R4 or that you do not know what you want to get? What do you plan to use the tractor for? (R1 is the classic deep lug tractor tire, R3 is turf)

Are your current rims shot, or possibly repairable?

R-1 is Ag tires
R-3 is Turf tires (like you have)
R-4 is Industrial tires
I have all three types.
Do you want to replace yours with new turf tires or do you want to change to a higher traction tire?
