This may be a regional problem. We in the Arkansas area had a company into the 3 generation thay made good ice cream. With the advertisement saying If it isn't Yarnell it isn't ice cream. I've tried other brands but just not what expected.
So now ice cream then antihistomines,the good pain pills,the cheap gas,and Looks like rain also.
So What is next?

Sorry to hear of the demise of your ice cream company. I have fond memories of the Deering blueberry ice cream that we used to get as kids when my parents would take us to Popham Beach. Can't get that around here.

What's next?
If Monsanto has its way, our local sweet corn.

I've had some up here in Michigan, actually pretty good. Didn't know it was from Texas. I mean, it was cold, and it wasn't all dried up?

Here in Oregon if we want the best ice cream we make our own. I made 3 gallons for the big party on the 4th of July. We also had ribeye, crawdads and corn on the cob. I don't know where the corn came from, but the rest of the feast was local.

Umpqua ice cream is pretty decent if you have to settle for store bought.
