Mini bolt cutters would be a stretch. It did it but it’s not really made for that. It would be great for cutting fence especially if there’s a lot to do.

Got the new Milwaukee battery chainsaw. I will get it dirty just after the new year, and we will see how it works with the Stihls.

My wife got me a new jumper pack, and a smart switch,
it's a 3 outlet pigtail that I should be able to plug block heaters or other things
into and turn on with my smart phone or set a schedule for, havnen't messed much with it yet.

A friend dropped by with his new AA 55 Zoom antenna analyiser. I fell in love with it almost instantly. I told the wife I really needed one. She said Merry Christmas honey.

Thomas - every spring I thin my stands of young Ponderosa pines. Usually around 900 small trees. They are 6" in diameter or less on the base. I used my larger Stihl chain saw( MS270 ) with a 20" bar. I found that this situation became dangerous. As the day progressed, I would tire. My arms droop. Finally, the tip of the chain saw would make contact with my boots. A REALLY bad situation.
Now I do the same job with my new, lighter, shorter Stihl MS192 and a 12 inch bar. Cuts just as fast, I might have to bend over a tad more, my toes are now in the "safe zone".

Also facing what you wrote about...no good..not good at all.
The older I get I finding out I am more comfort/safe than speed.

James, I got part way through a youtube video on this thing and I still don't know what I would ever do with it but I can tell if I did, I might be dancing too! :confused3: :cool2:
