These are what hold the floor boards on the round piece is rubber and it appears to be attached to the metal piece on the side

Looks like part of the rubber is missing along with a hex nut. The hex nut is a M16 x 2.0 and the rubber bushing is part # SBA398110620.

The rubber part is a damper that quiets the pedal arm - keeps it from banging metal to metal.
