I've replaced the fuel injector pump but I need new washer/gaskets for the small line on top (fuel return line?). It has 2 metal washers with rubber on one side. Are these specialty items or can I just put new o-rings on the washers? Thanks

This maybe the NH part number you’re referring to SBA025100016 WASHER, SEAL.

I believe that should be a copper washer. You might find one in a copper washer set. If you do il be willing to bet a set of them off amazon are going to be cheaper than buying directly from NH.

Let me know if you find replacements. I spent about $8 each at NH not to long ago. Had to have them and I was there so I got them.

Thanks for all your help men. Now I need more. Me and my brother, who is good at fixing anything, installed the pump and used every technique known to bleed the lines but it will not start. Fuel is getting to the pump but it seems that no fuel is coming out of the pump. I can't imagine that the brand new pump is bad. What could it be?

You sure the pump is installed correctly? I would take the lines right off the top of the high pressure pump and crank it until fuel comes out.

I once had a rotary pump that took hours and hours to bleed in a grader. No idea why. Maybe an air lock, maybe there just wasn't fuel filling all the small spots yet..idk.

Is the governor linkage to the rail on the bottom side of the pump installed correctly? I recall something about a spring in there that has to remain in place as the pump is installed. Also, is the fuel shut off solenoid installed correctly and does the solenoid have +12vdc applied to it

Still not starting. Originally we replaced the old pump because we couldn't get it to stop leaking but it worked properly. Once we tried everything with the new pump, we thought maybe it's a faulty pump. So we reinstalled the old pump. It will not pump now either. My brother is really good at mechanic work (retired RV tech). He checked the solenoid and is sure he didn't damage the gov link. What could it possibly be? I do not want to call a dealer. SW

Sounds like its not assembled correctly if you put the old parts back in and its the same issue.
