Yanmar 155d Radiator shock absorber?

Looking to see if any one has leads on replacement radiator shock absorbers for a yanmar 155D. I looked up the part number and i can find it but they are from Marine sites, are $36 a piece and have no pictures to verify its what I need. So does anyone have recommendations on alternates or locations to get a few that aren't $36 for a thicker rubber washer?

Ace Hardware has all sizes of thick rubber bushings. Maybe you can find something that will work.

Do you have a hole saw for your power drill? If so, it is easy to make rubber shock absorbers.

When I want a rubber shock absorber I go down to Ace Hardware and buy a one foot square sheet of 1/4" thick black rubber - it's probably Buna-N. Then cut as many discs out of it as needed to stack to the final height.

The pilot drill on the hole saw cuts the ID, and the hole saw the OD. Stack as many as are needed.

Oh I reached out to him the other day about injection pump shims since I think mine have a leak. As for the forum section, I don't know how I missed it, its where I think I would've placed most of my questions had I looked and saw it, thanks for pointing it out

Hm. Depot! Cheap and various sizes. Common for swimming pool stores also.

I'd look at sway bar end bushings at the local NAPA. Take it with you, so you can try to match a size. They may have dimensioned drawings on the website.

Also, look online industrial suppliers for isolator bushings.
