Better part of a PTO shaft with a lot of weather on it ? I'm also like a part of the driveline between the shaft and the actual machine. Haybines have a sliding PTO shaft then later on something stationery like your pictured thing to get to the gearbox. I suppose other machines hac=ve so=imilar.
