What have you done to your Branson today?

Today was time for the 500 hour service. Engine oil plus oil and fuel filter. Greased everything again, which wasn't long ago anyway. Cleaned the air filters, checked if the 4x4 shaft couplers were still greased from the last time and did a good once over.

All good to go. Well, the fuel filter was in desperate need of help. It was still the original filter, although I cleaned it in the 300 hour service. Probably the result of cheap fuel.

I'm in desperate need of dry weather, so I can till a plot and plant the potatoes but it just won't stop raining and making a muddy mess out of everything.

Yeah, as soon as the top begins to dry, it's perfect. Tills nicely, with no dust.

I had my mechanic install the pilot operated check valve on the bucket circuit. It works fine and removed all the creep/drift in the circuit.
