New ballast is always a welcome addition!

Today I ordered loader stops and a Piranha bar for the Kioti; next comes filters and oil to make up for a little neglect.
Where do you get your filters from?

I will be buying these from my dealer, but I've also purchased parts from Nolts and Michigan Iron and Equipment. They're both really reliable.

Hope that helps!

I serviced the flail mower and cleaned up the hammer edges. Doing lots of mowing following a wet winter and spring.

Below zero F temperatures and 8-10 inches of snow on the ground and the old 1999 Kubota didn't want to start. It cranked slow and wouldn't fire. After figuring out my extension cord was broken at the plug, I was in a panic. Luckily, I have a small handheld jump battery that finally did the trick. I love that little thing! After plowing for a little over a half hour the 1/3 mile drive including 2 steep hills looks awesome. It will all melt by the end of the week.

I started my Kioti CK 25 let it warm up for 20 minutes and then ran it around the property and took it on the road, drove it for about 45 minutes! Haven’t used it for two months, battery was at 11.97V turned over slow but fired up, close one, got lucky, plan on keeping the maintainer on all winter!!!

Well, I left mine in the mud, down by the lake yesterday, with a tire off the front wheel, so today, I got the tire remounted, so I can bring it back to the house tonight.

Too cold to do anything with any of them.

Walked by my other Rhino 554 right rear tire was 1/2 flat.
33* F and started right up, over to the garage and aired up the tire. Original rhino in the barn- need to mount up the inverted snowblower soon.

Massive rain this week and started to almost come in the garage. Ford 550 TLB did not want to start until the block heater was hooked up for an hour. Dug a drain ditch with the 12" bucket and dropped some 4" perforated hose in and 3' deep holes at opposite ends.
Next is a trip for some drain rock and then mounting the 12" auger with extension on it and then filling the trench and end drain holes in with the round rock.

I let "OLE HAROLD" warm up in the garage (15F) a bit. Drove to woodshed, filled up the bucket and returned to the garage and split the bucket load. Drove around the back of our cabin and emptied bucket into cart and pulled that inside by the Dragon (wood stove). Plowed the driveway and path to woodshed and tucked "OLE HAROLD" back into the garage. Hugged the Dragon to thaw myself out.

I sold a car last week so I actually put the tractor in the garage that was built for it. 12 x 24 with a rollup 9' door.

Let it sit in its frozen state.( -1° last night) Supposed to be 53°F Wed. I start it then and try to get something accomplished on this frozen ground; might turn out to be like a hog on ice though.

I replaced both fronts on the Kubota a few years ago. Best investment I've made on that tractor. Every winter I would have to put a ratchet strap on those tires to get the bead set and air them up with a portable tank. The tires were about 20 years old, knock on wood I haven't had a flat since. The tires are actually skid steer tires I believe.

I know the fronts on mine are actually skid steer tires and wheels. Making replacements easy to find

I have found that most large truck and equipment tire stores can source any tractor tires needed. And at a far cheaper price than tractor dealers.
