What make plough share.
I'm having a bear trying to find shares for my 50 vintage Fordson.
Nobody seems to cast any new one.
Even the Chinese ones have disappeared.

I do not know. They are 18" 5-hole on the shelf at Blaine's Farm and Fleet. They had several to choose from for various makes. I'm making something and it's easier and cheaper to use the plow shares than it is to buy raw metal, cut, shape, sharpen, etc...

We used to have a place like that and I did a couple jobs like that to.
However the parts for older equipment is just gone.

I collect those.

Here's a few, but I have somewhere between 250-300 if I had to take a guess.

It's kinda fun to find them at flea markets, antique stores, etc... when we travel. I look for ones from old local bars and breweries that no longer exist. What's nice is the entire collection fits in a few old cigar boxes, so doesn't take up much room. I keep a list of what I have with a small description in my iPhone Notes app. I try not to duplicate, with the exception of Drewrys, as I have fond memories of that brewery.

Fun fact....

Drewrys was the only brewery to show both the consumer and the factory on their label... (think about it).

Car ramps
The plastic Rhino ramps I had were cracking, these should be better and it has a bottle jack under each pad. They don't look exactly like the ad...but $192 all the way from China.View attachment 1937471View attachment 1937478View attachment 1937488

Weird story: I just now called Walmart customer service. For $206 w/tax the ramps were overpriced and false advertising showing that truck on them. They said I could return them or full refund. Since I threw the box away (it was torn up in shipping), I said 1/2 refund would be fair to me.
I should have said refund is okay. I'm holding on phone 40 minutes while she's trying to figure out how to do that. Trying to do right thing sometimes ends in a fiasco!

Just got tracking info on a set of Cat 1 Pat's quick hitch, and a set of 4 inch edge tamers.

I'm getting too many tractors that need stuff!
