I bought the registration for my truck, along with the soon-to-be no longer mandatory annual inspection. Also got the oil changed while I was there.
The good part was they didn't try to sell me anything else!

You must do a fair amount of plumbing/drain blockage.
Did some contract work in a jail for a year. Found the most important use of the inspection camera was finding the drugs the inmates would push down the toilet to hide them. Second use was to see what the inmates flushed to cause a back up. It was important to know what was in there in order to do the extraction more effifciently.
