Someone mentioned extension offices for information, so I thought I'd post this link Extension office publications . You can search or scroll through the index on the left and finds all sorts of information. Some of the publications have a charge, but others can be downloaded free of charge.

You're welcome. They're involved in all kinds of agricultural education and provide some excellent publications for folks interested in agriculture. BI (before internet) I used to make regular trips to the local extension office to browse their publications and found all kinds of great information. I'm usually interested in the information on forestry, home gardening and food preservation, but there's plenty more for folks interested in other things.
