Warranty Problems for LB1914

Has anyone had warranty issues with Kioti where they don't or won't honour the warranty? The gear came off of the end of the crankshaft & they had to rebuild it from the bottom up. The dealer informed me that it would be fully covered & not to worry about it. It was also a major pain in the butt as this was my living & the machine was down for over 4 weeks in June. With all of the minor breakdowns that I've experieced before this, this was the one that finally broke me. Now 6 months later they say they won't honour the warranty. The main reason I bought the Kioti over any other brand was for the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. I can honestly say that I would never recommend a Kioti to anyone if this is the way they treat their customers. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Second of all if you are trying to get help this is no way to get help by bashing a brand.

When did you purchase this tractor?

How was the warranty registration filled out?
Was it filled out homeowner or commercial?
Who told you there was a 5 year warranty?

I coud be wrong but I thought if you used it for commercial or business that the warranty was a lot shorter than for the general home owner type.

Are You talking about factory Warrenty or extended warrenty, Like Wallace
