I have a 2011 Wide Area Mower Turbo II.

1) signs of dead battery - installed new battery - all was well
2) same thing happened. June installed new battery - all was well (battery turned in read good)
3) yesterday, weak dash lights and alarm, would not turn over installed new battery - weak dash lights and would not crank - now when I turn the key nothing

I just noticed my manual states it should be a dry battery but I noticed the dealer sold me a wet battery would that make a difference? other than that, I think it must be some switch or short. I checked and cleaned all wires cables and ground along with a few safety switches

any help would be appreciated

Do some measurements to see if you are drawing voltage from your battery when the ignition key is turned off. May help find the problem.

Dry battery just means they are filled on site, a pre-filled wet battery is also just fine. Like mentioned above sound like you have a draw, when you installed the new battery did you see or hear any sparking activity when putting on the last bat cable. That can be a good indication that you have a draw...somewhere, if you don't have the tools to measure.

I'd be checking your fan belt is tight. I fitted a battery terminal isolator to mine to prevent being powered up while not in use.
With engine at mowing revs battery should be at around 14.2v.
