Hi All
I'm new to the group but have lurked for awhile.
Last monday I ordered a 4310 eReverse, 430 FEL, 3rd Srv, Md PTO, R4 Tires. I checked with 3 dealers within 40 miles
and my local dealer beat the other 2 by several grand. I thought I got a great deal until I saw this on Ebay. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[ ]Ebay
[/url] The FEL arrived at the dealer today and the tractor is supposed to be here on Thursday.

Don't worry, you will get a tractor you will love from your dealer, instead of grief from that scammer....

Sounds mighty nice!

Yea you would think those scammers would use a more
realistic price to lure you in. Thats not even in the ball park.

Thanks Steve
The tractor came in to dealer today and FEL yesterday. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Hope they get a chance to put it together before Saturday, got
lots of projects planned. Their shop looks like their very busy
with all this 0%financing. I didn't realize how many tractors and
lawn mowers go through that place until I started watching for
mine to come in.

Yeah - it's the time of year - I'm shopping for a riding mower now, and they are just popping them out like free candy at the dealer I go to.

Projects... Just an excuse to get in the seat and have some fun! /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif Good Luck!

How is that cheap of price possible? A good starting price for a new 4310 is like 14,500 then the loader the 430 is 3 grand.

I was very surprised also.
I just walked in to my local dealer and told him what
I wanted, and he said I guess you want a great deal
don't you. I said you got that right. He got on his computer
and figured it up and that was the quote he gave me.
I told him I would let him know in a day or 2, so I went to
2 more dealers and got quotes.(4 dealers within 40 miles)
The closest 1 to his price was $3700. So I went back and told him to order it. Now its mine. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

wow, that is a good price. According to the "Build your own" link on the deere sight, a new 4wd hydro lists for $19,069.00

BASE MACHINE 130DLV 4310 Tractor $16,669.00

TRANSMISSION 2025 eHydro $2,400.00

Wow, what a price! I was going to order a 4310 with 430 FEL, BB, Ballast, Imatch, LX5 Cutter and about $400 worth of other bells and whistles tomorrow for 20,400.

This was about $700 cheaper than two other dealers. Now I am wondering about my price.

Is there much price difference based on geography? I am in Wisconsin.

Any comments on 4310 pricing....? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Pricing can vary widely due to geography. You might also find a dealer with a quota to meet, or something... Don't forget there are lotsa options like ballast box, a heavy duty bucket, or mid pto that can affect the pricing....

Corndog, what dealer did you buy that 4310 epowerreverser with the 430 loader from? Thanks, IH3444

Our local dealer has 2 - 4310's sitting on the lot ( 1 eHydro and 1 ePowrReverser). I'm not quite ready to purchase yet, but inclined to go see if he will make that kind of deal on 4310, reverser, FEL, R4's, etc. - although I know he gave me a off-the-cuff price on a 4210 eHydro of $15,000 for the tractor alone. Unless the ePowrReversers are that difficult to sell ?

Send out bid requests to any dealer that you want to use. You can find all your local ones using Deere's dealer locator. You may have another dealer closer than you think. Even if its only this guy, he can quote it at his convenience, and sharpen his pencil. Lotsa times they leave a little more cushion for an on the spot quote... Don't forget that a little extra margin for him isn't to your disadvantage, either. You want a good servicing dealer, and they need to keep the lighs on...
