Loader Unlevel bucket

I was told by the one of the people at our local RK that the loaders/BH's and 3-Point implements are made by King Kutter- I have no way to validate this.

I have an RK 24 and my end loader and backhoe ID plate says manufacturer: Tong Yang Moolsan Co. Located in Seoul Korea.

Mine too. They're made by TYM.
King Kutter only makes the 3point implements that Rural King sells. Which they always have. The only difference is once they started selling the tractors, they had ing Kutter start painting the implements red and putting RK stickers on them for their stores.

A common denominator in this whole thing is the assembly location. I'd bet there is an issue with how the loader frames are aligned and tightened when installing them on the tractors. These were all assembled in either the Ohio or Florida service/assembly points after importing. It doesn't take much movement (misalignment) at a mounting point to reflect an inch or two difference at the bucket. It could be as simple as the order the bolts are tightened, if they are all tightened gradually, or how the frame is supported while assembling, to get a loader frame mounted square.

Makes a person wonder if a bit of strategic shimming when remounting the loader brackets might fix the out of level issue. Might be worth a try.

I’m guessing the RK Tractor Guy (Doug) isn’t around anymore????? And I haven’t heard anything from RK about the loader issue.

I've been wondering what, if anything, it means for the future of RK tractors. Hopefully nothing.
