I had to have a hydro leak fixed on my CK-20 HST at 340 Hrs and Twin State was great to deal with. They fixed it in a timely manner and it was all 100% covered by warranty and didn't cost a dime. Was an over all good experience. :thumbsup:

Robbie moved on, heard only one side of the story, but lets just say it wasnt pleasant. Dave is running the shop and from what I understand it is part of the Batchelder family, and has been awesome helping me. Same spot on the lake in Enfield NH.

I just had a 400hr service on DK55 and I can tell you that the new owner Dave Batchelder cares about quality and service.
I am a very demanding customer and the field service by Scott exceeded my expectations. I count on them for parts and they repair stuff (i.e. bent tab on quick loader bracket) I am very pleased that Dave is there and encourage folks to give the new ownership a chance.
