tractor question make and model

Hi everybody
my neighbour next door has a tractor but i couldn't figure out what kind of tractor and make, it has no 3 point hitch, it has a PTO, its a gas engine, it seems to have a firing problem, and i would like if anybody can recognize it, i also need to have the distributor part number, here are some pics. i would like to know if anyone has the firing order, and if the flywheel shows a mark for the TDC,
it seems to be a Cockshutt CO-OP E3, but i am not sure !
