Yanmar 187D Terramite T5C Bush Hog D4-10
Any of you have any suggestions on who to call. I have decided it may be best for me to pay some one to haul my tractor. The distance is 450 miles and not sure I want to pull it with my expedition and 16ft trailer to save $200 dollars over my actual cost.....

Tractor is in Pennsylvania and I am in eastern North Carolina.

If you have used a particular trucking line and have been satisfied please let me know.

thanks

Sometime back I noticed on ebay motors when you click on some ads for trucks or cars there is an ad for long distance trucking companies. Now ebay may even have a section on Long distance movers since many of the things sold on ebay are vehicles or machinery that need a shipping co.

Guys....call me crazy but I am buying this with only a few pics and the dealers word. The tractor is a one owner....traded in at a JD dealer. Hours are 521....comes with a bush hog QT1846 fel. Owners manuals etc. Paid $4200 for it plus shipping. Found a guy who will deliver it to my door for $550. 450 miles....figured it was going to cost me $450 and two days driving to get it....seemed like a win win for me and him. Will try to attach pics...

That's a great price, I suspect that JD dealer doesnt want it on their lot. I'll buy it at that price if you don't...:D

Dang, a nice 187D would sell for that without the loader, and that beats the going rate, ($1.25 per mile), for hauling. Good find.

Hey guys.....I am excited as I was when I got my first motorcycle for Xmas 38 years ago! Being new to tractors ( I have driven them for high school summer work 25 years ago )
I am excited to get it on my land and see what I can do with it. Hope it turns out to be as good a deal as it looks....figure something will go wrong....always does....but should still end up being a good one to start with. I will be asking alot of questions along the way......for those looking...look hard and often and you will find what you are looking for.
