So I started at the bucket cylinder, added auxilary command (for rotator, jaw bucket, misc), it will be controled through emv witha a push of a button...
After that came the tricky part, kingpost "hosing" where all those lines + rotation, kingpost brakes and electric lines come together...there's the real party . Will post in few days...
Finished connecting left hydraulic distributor valve, moving on to the right.
By the way I'm checking every function with compressed air so I get those hoses in the best configuration and not messed up
First boom, upper and lower hoses connected. Also, lift cylinder done. There I installed hydraulic block valve for safety. Even in case my hoses break, this keeps the cylinder in place and prevents any boom movement
Thank you for the additional pictures and details on block valves. Be safe on Think more safety devises should be used and maybe retrofitted on older equipment. Any down side other than initially using it to cost?
No problem. Those valves are not expensive, you can retrofit any cylinder. They cost 34 $ a piece. Simply adjust the lenght of those metal hoses and it works.
