Just an update...
Got the top and tilt. Have put another 30-40 hours using the box blade and the repair has held up so far.
My dealer said when he saw the repair "I have seen some repairs like that last 20 minutes and some that last 20 years"
He also mentioned that the casting is around 420 plus another 200-350 in labor.
For now I keep running with it and hope for the 20 years.
