Buying Advice Toolcat 5600 info

Looking at buying a toolcat from a private owner. Believes it's a 2006 only has 500hrs on it. Mostly used it with a front mount mower. But only comes with bucket. Thing looks like new aside from just a small area under doors that has a little rust bubble and asking 16,500 opinions? Serial number 520512318

The serial number shows to be an A series.

Thanks. Did end up purchasing it. Has 485 hrs and in exceptional condition. Only thing is it did throw a 50-14 code. Rear axle sensor. So will poke around to see what that is
