Toolcat Dump Hydraulic Lever Not Moving

I have a 2009 toolcat 5600 A0W114116. Everything works fine on it, but from time to time the dump bed will not work. When this happens the lever for the dump bed doesn't have the same range of travel so I believe the valve is not engaging. Other times it will work fine. Has anyone had any experience with this or have any recommendations? My bed is currently stuck in the lifted position. Thanks
