Here is the tool box my dealer mounted I know there has been conversation about where to mount, while my tractor was at the dealer for warranty work my salesman had the shop mount this on for me at no charge to me this is the same box mount kit made for the mount under step which I did not want my tool box mounted under the step really is clean and in an ideal space

Man, it wouldn't last long in that location on my tractor!! I use mine on hunting property which is mainly planted pines, spaced about 6-7 ft apart. That may sound like plenty of room, but lots of places you have to go through them diagonally and that's when it can get really tight.

But, I'm guessing you won't be in that same scenario like some of us are, and your tool box will do just fine. Good luck with it, and nice tractor!

It looks like a handy spot to me. I mounted mine behind the seat, but I have to climb the 3pt hitch to get to it. I could not bring myself to pay what JD wanted for the mount for my loader.

I am not in tight spaces all that much my main uses for my tractor is driveway repair/maintenance and snow removal an occasional bush hogging I wanted a tool box because I hated having my tools in floor of the cab and I did not want that mount under the step that deer has for the cab 3 series I could predict where the mud and snow would go there I was telling my salesman about this and he went and did this at no charge to me which made this guy a happy happy customer I have bought numerous equipment through the the same sales guy and he had always been fair and good to me **** for Christmas he gave me a insulated carhart john deer coat

I had a cupholder mounted on the right side tower. Ripped half it off the other day on some brush.

I even mounted my 4010's lights on the ROPS on the inside because I kept damaging them. Even my traded-in 1025 had a damaged lens.

Yet, thanks for the idea. Have told the salesman that I'd like to have the 1025 toolbox on the 2025. Waiting to see if he maybe surprises me with it. Think the 1025's will mount in same location, behind seat and to right, as it is on the 1025. If not, I'll just put my toolbelt on a FEL tower like I had it on my 4010 (like just behind your toolbox).
