Chains Tire Chains How to measure?

Would like to get a set of tire chains, I have a yanmar 1300. My rear wheels are 8x16. I have an extra set of wheels with turfs on them that I would like to use the chains on. My question is, what size should I get. How do you measure? there is a set that is 16x6.5x8; would this fit. Is the 6.5 the width of the chain or is 8 the width of the chain and this is a 16x6.5 tire?

Sumitted my post without thinking! GO figure, rolling circumferance is approximatley 92 inches, so I know these chains will not fit. However, still unsure how to measure appropriate size of chains.

I got chains for my 8-16 wheels with diamond turf tires for my 155D here

I'm pretty sure it's the same rear turf tire you have on the 1300. I ended up getting the 2-link twisted link style. They stay on fine, but I wouldn't mind a tad longer cross chains.
