It will be a late summer/early fall issue however the sealer should prevent the permanant staining. A water spray nozzel or light pressure washing should take care of it now. Some coffee in the mornings with my .22 rifle would also help the issue. Its amazing how fast those squirrels can de-shell several walnuts.

Block work for stone columns was done yesterday. Stonework was started this morning. I haven't made it by yet to see how it's looking.
Going to try to get by there later this evening.

Stone on 2 of the 6 columns was finished yesterday. The remaining 4 will be completed next weekend as my stone masons are doing this work as a side job. Need to figure out what I'm going to use for caps.

Thanks Eddie and yes. Same as the home build in that I had a pretty good visual in my mind of the finished product. I don't plan to do near as much work myself on this project though. I'll probably leave the landscaping design to the pros as well.
