If you find it's oversized the outside row of tines can be removed.

Soil conditions will make a difference.:D

If your CK25 can pull your 6' box blade fully engaged, you'll be OK with a 5' tiller.

I have a 48" First Choice tiller for my CK25HST, it can handle it with ease even in rock hard clay. Since its a 48 I have it off set to one side. It is also going to depend on the ground you are working on but you can definately run larger then 48 inch. With a 60 inch you may simply have to go just a bit slower.

thanks for all the replys,my ground is pretty soft with some clay, was hopeing someone with a ck-25 hst was running a 60 inch tiller,to see how they liked it,or if they should have gone smaller,....i think i remember the kioti specs was a 60 inch max,so that is why i was hopeing someone was running one,to get a first hand account,..thanks everyone

i run a befco 58" behind my LB1914, handles it fine. but, i don't overwork it either. realize a tiller is not a one pass machine anyway.

I run a 48" KK tiller on my CK20HST. Only time it ever even bogged down was in heavy wet sticky clay. Just slow down some.
Uasual recommendation is for 5hp per foot of tiller or most PTO equipment.
I also run 5ft snowblower with no problem.

I have a farm pro 2425. I got a great buy on a used 72" dark horse tiller (66" actual measurement from the tip of the outside tines) 72" overall width. It is a very close copy of a KK tiller. My first thought was that I would need to remove a couple sets of tines to reduce the tilling width, with only 24 hp to play with. Then I thought that perhaps if I reduce my speed and only ask it to do 24 hp worth of work it might just work. My first test run was amazing.

I have an area where someone drove a heavy truck and made huge ruts in one of my fields next to the fence. It is overgrown with 3 foot high pasture grass and has a heavy clay base and we have been having some very dry weather. The clay is rock hard. When you drive a vehicle through this area the ruts knock you right out of your seat. I made 2 passes about 150 foot long each way with my tiller. It completely pulverised the soil about 5 inches deep. The vegitation is gone and the area is now as flat as a pool table. My tractor never even grunted even when it ejected the large potato sized rocks. I then packed the area by making multiple passes moving a large quantity of material with my dirt scoop. It in now like driving down the expressway. I can't wait to use this thing in the garden in the fall. Even going relatively slow it is still 10 times faster than using my 8 hp rear tine walk behind tiller and a lot less work.:D:D:D
