Hey Wayne, I can't open the files. It says I need a proxy password. Could you check the link please or maybe set me right on how to do it.

Thanks!

It fumbles a little when picking up the bucked logs. I think that if it had a grapple thumb it would be easier to operate. After picking up the log, the thumb could be retracted to allow the log to roll into the cutting channel.

It's neat technology, but my wife said, "NO!" :(

That is by far the best method of cutting wood I've ever seen!!

Wonder what the cost of something like that is?

I was hunting around and in a you tube comment on a forestry forum they say a new one is $23,000 to $24,000.

I guess I'm a party pooper... It's a neat concept, but for that kind of money and less or
the same horsepower/fuel use one could cut a lot more wood for the same money.

Look up cord king if ya wanna watch a fast wood cutter... They are a good bit more money but blazing fast...

ive seen a lot of fire wood processors (mostly on you-tube)

but that one is AUSOME....

some how i dont think my little TC has the lifting capcity to handle all the weight... and id have to run a remote hydraulic pump of the rear PTO...

hmmmm perhaps i should just get a small bobcat...

Good Evenin Wayne,
Wow neat ! The tree huggers wont like that tool ! ;)

BTW I would be really happy with the motorized cart that Dr Field has to get my firewood from the wood pile to the Bilco doors to the cellar !!! :)

Thanks !

You know, I can't verify that price and it seems awfully high. Does anyone else think it might be an error?

I'm going to email the company and ask them. I would not be surprised at 10 or 15k, but the price I posted from that other site seems so darned much.
