ISO Container for car storage?

I have a 2007 Nissan 350Z that is a dedicated track car and I'm only running it about 3 times a year. I keep it in an open shed down at my cabin. I cannot keep the mice out of it. I am considering getting one of those used ISO containers to put it in. Two questions:

1.Can you open the doors of a car that is in one or would I have to climb out the window.

2. Are they mouse proof.
