Peter Green, the influential blues rock guitarist and co-founder of Fleetwood Mac, has died. He was 73. The musician's death was confirmed by his family members in a statement shared with the BBC.

Not a great fan of the music of today. I may have become tone deaf but it all sounds the same.
Same here. As a rock fan, it seems to me that the '70s was the best times for music. None of the popular bands sounded alike. Not even close. Everyone had their own unique sound.
I don't know about that. I sometimes have trouble telling some of them apart .. The Beatles, The Pretty Things, The Animals, The Hollies and a few others all sound fairly close. I've got a couple of Stones cuts that sound a lot like The Doors and vice versa.
Now, I can't tell who's who. They're all pretty much the same wall of noise with unintelligible singers.
