My complaint is people dont listen /follow instructions and then tell you how it should be done.
We run an internet business where we also assist people who own our diagnostic tool in fixing VAG cars. We have a forum like this forum for users to get help.

I cannot tell you the number of times we give instructions, they are not followed, and then the user argues that they knew better than we do.

My question is: why come here for help if you know better? <smacking head>

Yep... people.....
Having been pretty high on the support food chain, once you ask for help-- Do everything ask again not matter how often you have checked before. Every tech has a method and depends on honest answers throughout. There is no shame in finding you missed a basic step or error. When you short cut or lie you are not helping anyone least of all yourself.
God knows I missed some simple problems by over complicating things, or trusting someone else to do it when asked.

Todays complaint. Even though it’s 28 degrees outside my armpits think it’s 102. lol.

I'm always on time, or early, for a doctor's appointment. They make you sign a release that if you are 25 minutes late they'll charge you $75. It should work both ways as I have spent many combined hours in waiting rooms well past 25 minutes of my appointment.
I get to a Dr appointment 5 minutes early. Actually I'm in the parking lot earlier than that, but start walking in 7 minutes before.
This summer I checked in and found that they had double booked. I watched my doppelganger check in... we were still waiting when her next appointment checked in. 35 minutes late they called the other 11:20 appointment in, then told us it would be another hour. I decided to wait as I had things I wanted to talk to her about. The later appointment said he would come back at which point they said "Oh, we can get you on to see another Dr right now!"
That's when I got POed and rescheduled my appointment. I understand that she is busy but I'm not the one who double booked. First in, last out doesn't fly with me.
