Brandi,, mostly in the hay fields.. it been wet down here.. anytime I can find a four day window.. less than 30% chance of rain.. I cut.. got caught a couple times.. Lou

Glad to know someone close by is getting wet. We haven't mowed the lawn in over a month.

For the little time I have been home, has been awe full dry, the showers that have come and gone, always seem to avoid our place. I don't see how grass and weeds can grow so much when its this dry! Leave for 2 weeks and still have to mow when you get home:mur:

Our front yard (about an acre) has a handful of post oak trees that are not doing so good. But for some reason, we have about 20 bluebirds that have taken up in them. If I go fill the birdbath, they'll happily fly down and take their Saturday morning baths. My kids love to watch. The birds also love it when I cut the grass. It gives them a better view of the bugs I guess.
