First, post a picture, just like you did, that is the correct size, like the one that I am attaching. It is 3.65K in size and is about 100X75 pixels.

Then go into the control panel and edit your personal information and put this in your signature

{image}http://www.tractorbynet.com/forumfiles/54-149363-PowerTrac_Front100x75.jpg{/image}, but change the curly braces to square brackets and add any other cool stuff you want in your signature. But remember to keep the file under 5K in size. It should work. There is a huge post on signatures if you search for it, you should find it easily.
