Need to replace the fuel filter.
It looks as though there is a metal ring at the bottom of the fuel filter assembly.
Do I just remove the ring by turning it clockwise and replace the filter?

I don't know your tractor either, but Messick's has directions and photos for servicing TC tractors here: New Holland : Compact Tractors. Does the filter for the DA version differ from the photo in the link?
