Did you open the fuel line from the tank to the primary filter to ensure you are getting fuel to the injection pump?

It is pretty common for something to get in the tank that blocks the fuel flow from the tank to the filter.

Does the pedal sense fuel pressure and therefore show codes when there is low or no pressure?

Just because it throws codes doesn't mean you shouldn't do some basic troubleshooting to find out what may be causing the codes. It is easy to confuse symptoms (codes) with causes.

One of the members suggested I change out the rubber fuel line from the tank to the fuel filter housing . I picked up some fuel line ,clamps and filter . My plan now I’d to empty the fuel tank of fuel and water. I wrapped a tarp around the engine bay and laid the tarp over the hood (opened to give room for the tarp).
I installed the tarp and turned on a portable heater under the tarp facing the fuel filter and lines . I had a chain wrench with a two foot extension and could not even get the filter to move at all. So heating things up and getting things moving .
The new throttle peddle doesn’t look the same as the old one . How does the hand throttle ties into the throttle peddle. It shows in the parts manual a lever or cable going to the throttle peddle . The new peddle I picked up at the dealer only has one connector on it and connects under the cab to the ECU . I have to look today and see if how the hand throttle and throttle peddle are attached together or peddle on the floor. It could there is a connector up by the hand throttle . Will let you all know what I find. The Cleenflow fuel additive should work . We used it in all of our army trucks and it worked the very best . Get rid of moisture and prevents freezing and waxing up of the fuel system.
For the cheap price of fuel line I bought enough to do the whole tractor .
I also did not see the fuel lift pump anywhere . Could the factory not install a lift pump to feed the filter housing and main high pressure fuel pump.
I’ll look again if anyone can find me a picture and location and part number that would be fantastic. I’ll let you know how I make out

A lot of times when a piece of equipment throws a lot of codes all at once is because of a weak battery.

I got the peddle installed and they changed the design on where the peddle make contact with the censor. The tractor run and sounds different for some reason. The tractor did die a few times . I reset the throttle peddle position switch and all seems well so far . I also changed out the fuel filter and drained the fuel tank and gave it some new fuel and some conditioner . Let’s see what happens .
