Hope this helps someone. I'm in the process of restoring and rebuilding a mower deck that's just over 40 y.o.
Before taking it all apart, and there were lots of parts, labels, etc. I took pictures. Before and after high pressure wash and before removing the first bolt.
Man, does that make reassembly easy!
All hardware I'm replacing new I got from Tractor Supply. Makes the job so easy.
Labels I take measurements, distance from nearest bracket, etc.

Man - are there time I wish I would have thought of that AND done that. And - I have a top notch digital camera that would have taken countless pics.

That's gonna end up being brand new - Fuddy.

Im too lazy. I just ordered a replacement deck for my riding mower. Hard to find, but there still made. But my unit is only maybe 15 years old. I replaced the motor once before. New complete deck was only $600 . Motor still runs great. But deck is totally trashed.
