I was having lunch with a friend yesterday and he told me he was trying to find a soft tool case for his cordless sawzall, and the tool bags sold at the big box home centers were mostly 16 inches and a very tight fit for his saw. I went out to my car and opened the trunk, removed my jumper cables from a bag like the one shown and took it in to him. It is a perfect fit for both my corded and cordless sawzalls with the blades removed. They are sold at thrift stores all the time for prices like $2-3 each amd are perfect for tool or jumper cable bags. When I see a good quality one at a store I buy it just to have it, I give away a lot of them for people to use for various purposes.
