Howdy:
was lawn sweeping w attachment (no blades turning) and backed up mower with out blades turning.. cant remember if I used RIO or not when backing up. engine quit. wheels frozen & won't move; gear is stuck in reverse and can't be put into neutral. Any suggestions?? Transmission is automatic (not hydrostatic).
