Backhoe Street Pad Kit

I finally got a street pad kit (took 3 months) for the backhoe stabilizer arms.
Is it okay to keep the rubber pads on all the time?
Even if both arms are on the ground not on pavement or concrete?

I don't see what it would hurt, if the street pads have the cross on the bottom to limit sliding on dirt? Ken Sweet
