Hey Bird - - was your area of Texas affected by the nasty weather over the past few days? Or was that further west? Hope you are at least getting some rain.

My last recorded rain in my log is Sept. 13. Mighty dusty around here.

Tdog, we went to the coast Tuesday morning, down I-35, heavy traffic took me an hour to get through the Austin area. Then had nice weather for fishing; just a little windy, but light rain started just as we left Port Aransas Thursday just before noon, so with the forecast for bad weather, we took a little more easterly route home (came up U.S. 77) and drove in heavy rain, but no other problems. Sure glad we took that route because they had 4 tornadoes and up to 13" of rain in some areas along the I-35 corridor. And I only got about .55" of rain at home./w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif However, we're getting a pretty heavy rain right now!
