What type of storage do you all have for you GCs. I just bought a GC1723E w/ FEL, MMM, and rear blade. Really hate to see it just set out in the weather.

I have a 16x24 shed that stores most of my equipment as well as part of our house's garage. I'll be building an additional 10x12 shed this summer to hold some of the garden tools as well as some of the out-of-season tractor parts.

I keep mine in my shop, unless I need to move it to make way for a project. I have an ATV cover that fits it reasonably well when I have to leave it outside. I plan on building a dedicated tractor shed.

I have a lean too shed that has three sides and open front, use a tarp to cover open front in winter months to keep rain out.... Small JD riding mower and a few other things share the shed...

I have pretty much the same, a lean-to roof attached to my garage, partially enclosed with "temporary" plywood & plastic sheet... with an electric outlet handy for the block heater. (Someday I may make the walls more permanent....)

You might get more ideas if you post on one of the general forums. Tractor storage is not brand or model specific.

Carport for me. If you can get her out of the sun and straight down pours you’ll be way ahead.....a climate controlled garage gets you to perfect but at a much greater cost.

i store mine in the our three car garage. Funny thing is my niece who we are guardians of has her license now. She asked me if she could park her car where my tractor sits. I simply said NO!! You can do as I did when i was younger. Scrape snow and let your car warm up.

she loved the answer.

Id like to know how you like the the 1723? Is the loader handle in a nice comfortable spot. I have kicked around the idea of trading mine in but not sure I want to. What is the asking price for one?

I really like it, and I think the loader handle is nice. On the fender instead of up by the throttle. At my dealer with loader and mmm, cash price was 14500.

Mine actually lives in my semi-detached 2 car garage. I own 3 vehicles. 2 get driven every day and have a value that is less than my 2016 GC1720 COMBINED and the 3rd is a RAM 1500, which is NEVER going to get in that garage. I also have a pole barn, where the implements, the 1986 Mitsubishi MT180D and the lawn tractor live, but that' 400 feet from the house. My GC1720 puts out hard work and is 'rewarded' for her service.
