Start a Kubota X900 other than in neutral?

Is there any way to modify a Kubota RTV-X900 so it can be started while in gear while simultaneously depressing the brake? I know that is designed as a safety feature, but I previously had a Kawasaki Mule 400 which had the ability to start in neutral as well as while in gear as long as you fully depressed the brake. I liked not having to shift each time when starting and stopping so often on a number of projects while working on my acreage.

On my older 900 I unplugged the neutral switch at the tranny and added a jumper wire to it.

Thanks for the suggestion. Just to clarify, did you add the jumper wire from the starter to the neutral switch?

I think I simply jumped the terminal that plugged onto the trans switch. I'll look today and let you know.
