Guys, if I buy a new 60 gallon skid sprayer with the 12 volt pump, could I change it over to a PTO pump later on? I have a carry all and wondering if I could add some length to the pump lines and be able to use it either on the tractor with the PTO or in the bed of the truck with the 12 volt.

The tank doesn't care what kind of pump is hooked up to in. If you get the plumbing right the sprayer should work with either pump.
